The Klarna payment method allows you to pay for your order afterwards. After 14 days you will receive the invoice from Klarna that needs to be paid. Have you returned any items? Then the invoice will be adjusted and you will only have to pay for the items you kept.
Once the package leaves Hoii's warehouse, you will receive a digital invoice from Klarna by e-mail. You then have 14 days to pay for the product. The payment details can be found on the digital invoice in the Klarna app. At 'My Klarna' you have a complete overview of the invoice or payment.
When the entire order has been processed back at Hoii, the invoice including transaction fee is cancelled at Klarna. If you keep part of your order, you will receive an adjusted invoice from Klarna after the return has been processed.
