Shipping

Orders are delivered free of charge (within the Netherlands and Belgium, other rates apply for other countries) to the address provided by the customer. This can be your (home) address or a PostNL Collection Point. We use the services of PostNL to deliver the ordered items.
Delivery
—
All orders are shipped with PostNL (within the Netherlands and Belgium). Once you have placed an order with us, we will immediately start processing your order. Our warehouse is ready to prepare your order on working days from Monday to Friday. The actual delivery times are always listed at the top of the webshop.
Returns —
Of course, we hope you are very satisfied with your purchase from Hoii. Is the order still not to your satisfaction? Then you can return your order within 30 days. On this page you will find all the important information about returning your order. Do you have a question and is the answer not listed here? Then send us an e-mail with your question to info@hoii.nl.
Step 1. Fill in the return form included in the package.
Step 2. Pack the item in its original packaging and include the return form.
Step 3. Tape off the old label so that the address is no longer visible.
Then include the following details on the parcel or go to the DHL Returnportal

Step 4. Drop off your parcel at a DHL parcel point.
We will subsequently process your return.
Return conditions
- Unstamped shipments or cash on delivery shipments will be refused.
- When returning items, the return form should always be completed.
- Goods should always be well packed to prevent transport damage.
- Returned articles must be delivered undamaged and complete with packaging.
- Damage and/or traces of use can be a reason to refuse the returned goods.
- Shipping costs will only be credited if Hoii is responsible for the fault/problem or if the products have been returned in proper packaging.
- When a product (packaging) is damaged upon return due to poor packaging, we will agree on what percentage of the new value will be credited after making telephone contact.
Returns checklist
Please check the following points before returning your order to us:
- The return is registered within 30 days of receiving the order;
- The return complies with the return conditions;
- You have enclosed the return form with the return shipment;
- Keep the proof of shipment well, this is the confirmation of the return package.
